This works great!

This one was 100 times simpler than others and actually worked!

Only two things I think it needs:
1. there should be an emergency keyboard button to shut it off. I accidentally unplugged my gamepad and it got stuck moving the mouse in one direction - had to do a reset;
2. more people using it to share joystick mappings.
